And now a little bit about the Boffo Yux Dudes:
They’re humorists. That means they go for the occasional highbrow joke among the necrophilia and genitalia comments. The Dudes managed to reawaken from their coma in 2009, creating music new music for the confused masses. Allan Morgan and Tom Giarrosso head this version of BYD with previous members in the wings, ready to pounce if they can make some change out of it.
They’ve been on Dr. Demento numerous times, had an award winning cable TV show, are enshrined in the Periodic Table of Geek Musicians, Official Selections for the SNOB Film Festival, and now plan to take a nap until it’s time for the early bird special at The Sizzler. Yum!

The more factual side -
The Boffo Yux Dudes began in July 1987 when Tom Giarrosso and Pat Loughman, who were producing morning show bits for WHEB-FM in Portsmouth NH, connected with Tom’s old college buddy Scott Sookman.
They produced 1000′s of bits, skits and interactive demos for Radio and TV shows until the mid 90′s when the market dropped out for comedy syndication.
In 2009, Tom reconnected with Al Morgan to start up a band for the music contest ‘Masters of Song Fu’. Even though they haven’t seen each other in 20 years, they’re still producing music via the internet from Boston to Chicago. In 2012, actual musician Chris Cogott joined the fun and helped create songs with them for SpinTunes.
